You get an IPv4 address, a root password and a /64 of IPv6. Connect with `ssh root@your-ip` and change the password immediately. Better still, add your SSH key and disable password authentication entirely. If you lock yourself out, you have IPMI console access - it is the same as standing in front of the machine, and it is included on every VPS.
