General

We run our own BTCPay Server node, so we accept Bitcoin on-chain and over Lightning, plus the altcoins our node supports such as Litecoin and Monero. Nothing passes through a third-party processor and we never hold card details.
Shared, business and VPS plans are provisioned automatically within a few minutes of your payment confirming on-chain. Dedicated servers, GPU servers and colocation are prepared by hand, usually within a few hours during business days.
We keep only what is needed to run the platform and bill you: account details, invoices and the transactional records our payment node produces. We do not sell traffic data or hand it to third parties for marketing.
Invoices are raised ahead of the due date and we send reminders. A service is suspended a few days after the due date and terminated after two weeks. You can always pay to restore it before termination.
Yes. Shared and business plans upgrade in place with no reinstall. VPS plans are resized. Dedicated and GPU servers can be moved to a larger machine with a scheduled migration.
Romania, Iceland, the Netherlands and Finland are live today. Norway, Canada and Singapore are being built out.

Shared

Yes. There is no bandwidth meter on any shared plan. We only step in if a single account is destabilising the server for everyone else, and we talk to you first.
Yes, key-based SSH is available on every shared plan. Password authentication is disabled for everyone's safety.
Migration from another cPanel host is free. We can quote for non-cPanel migrations.

Business

When your account sits at a sustained peak we add CPU, RAM or disk immediately rather than throttling you. The extra capacity is charged at the published per-unit rate and appears on your next invoice - never as a surprise mid-cycle charge. You can release it at any time.
No. Every expansion is logged to your account, shown on your service page, and you get a notification when it happens. You see the running total before the invoice is raised.
A security suite that scans for malware, patches known vulnerabilities and runs a web application firewall in front of your sites. It is included on every business plan.

Vps

Full KVM virtualisation. You get your own kernel, full root and no shared userland with other customers.
Yes, up to four additional IPv4 addresses per VPS. IPv6 is a full /64 as standard.
Yes, IPMI console access is included so you can recover a machine you have locked yourself out of.

Dedicated

Dedicated servers are prepared by hand. Machines in stock are usually ready within a few hours on business days; a build that needs parts can take longer and we will tell you upfront.
RAM and storage can be upgraded, and are also what automatic expansion adds. CPUs are fixed for the life of the machine.
No. 1 Tbit+ of filtering is included in the price on every dedicated server.

Gpu

Anything CUDA. We ship Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky Linux or Windows Server and you install your own driver and CUDA version - the machine is yours.
Four and eight-GPU L40S configurations are being racked now. Contact us to reserve one.

Domains

Yes, on every extension whose registry permits it, and it is free on most of them.
Usually five to seven days, depending on the registry and how quickly your current registrar releases the domain. Every transfer adds a year to your registration.
Auto-renew is on by default and can be turned off per domain from your client area. We invoice ahead of the expiry date so there is time to pay.

Colocation

Each package lists both a monthly kWh allowance and a continuous watt figure. Going over is billed at cost, and we contact you before it becomes significant.
Yes. Reboots and simple cabling are included; longer work is billed by the quarter hour.
