Go to My services in the client area and open the service.
The username is shown in the Login details panel, and the password is hidden behind a Show button. For shared, business and reseller hosting there is also a "Log in to control panel" button which signs you straight into cPanel without typing anything.
If the panel is empty, the service has not finished being set up yet.
