Before you start, at your current registrar: unlock the domain, turn off WHOIS privacy, and make sure the admin contact email is one you can actually read.
Then get the authorisation code (sometimes called an EPP code or auth code) and start the transfer from our Transfer page. You will get a confirmation email at the admin address - approving it speeds things up considerably.
Transfers usually complete in five to seven days. Every transfer adds a year to your registration.
